Refund Policy

Because IFICprep provides immediate access to digital exam-preparation content, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and the extent to which the course has already been accessed or used.

Requesting a review

If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experienced a material access problem, contact info@ificprep.ca promptly using the email address associated with the purchase. Include the purchase date and a short explanation of the issue.

Technical access problems

If a payment succeeds but course access is not available, contact support so the enrolment can be checked and corrected. A technical access issue should first be treated as a support issue rather than automatically as a refund request.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
